What’s Eligible ✅

  • Return requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product is unused, with all accessories, manuals & original box.
  • Valid order number or receipt is provided.

Not Eligible ❌

  • Opened personal care or hygiene items.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Items with physical damage caused after delivery or missing parts.

How to Start a Return (Takes 1–2 minutes)

Email us at support@souqmart.net or use our Contact Form within the return window.
Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective).
Follow instructions in our approval email to ship or schedule pickup (when available).
Pack securely with all original accessories and packaging.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Refunds

  • Processed to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Timing: 7–14 business days from the day we receive the item.
  • Any non-returnable or used items may be declined or incur a restocking adjustment.

Exchanges

  • We don’t do direct exchanges currently.
  • Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement you want.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue and packaging.
  • We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund where applicable.

FAQs

Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping is refunded only if the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).

What about Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If COD is available and you paid by COD, refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer after inspection.

Can I return used items?

Used items generally aren’t eligible unless there’s a confirmed defect reported within 48 hours.
